WelcomeGuitars sells new and used musical instruments, amplifiers, effects, parts, and accessories. Used instruments are accurately described in their product listings, including photos and condition notes. By purchasing a used item, the customer confirms having reviewed the description and images provided.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are expressed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. WelcomeGuitars reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. As many used items are one-of-a-kind pieces, availability is not guaranteed until the order is completed.

4. Orders and payments

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or acting with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination. WelcomeGuitars is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on this site. For used items, wear conditions already documented in the listing do not constitute grounds for return. EU consumers retain the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005.

7. Product descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and realistic photographs of each item, particularly for used instruments. However, slight color variations due to photography or monitor settings do not constitute a product defect.

8. Limitation of liability

WelcomeGuitars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

9. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, logos) is the property of WelcomeGuitars or their respective owners. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of Naples, unless otherwise required by consumer protection law.
