WelcomeGuitars was founded in 2000 by Antonio Silvestro, driven by a deep passion for Wandrè guitars — the rare, visionary instruments crafted by Antonio Vandrè Pioli in the 1950s and '60s. What began as a personal obsession evolved into one of the most trusted vintage instrument shops in the world.Based in Afragola, near Naples, Antonio spent over two decades building deep expertise in the vintage guitar market, developing relationships with collectors, luthiers and musicians across Japan, the United States and Europe.
Today, WelcomeGuitars is recognised as a Reverb Preferred Seller — a mark of the trust and transparency our customers have come to expect from every transaction.
What We Do
We specialise in the acquisition, authentication, restoration and sale of exceptional vintage musical instruments. Every instrument we offer has been personally examined and photographed by our team.
Our expert luthier inspects each piece, assessing its structural integrity, originality and playability. We research each instrument's history — who made it, where it was built, what makes it special — and we share that knowledge with every listing.
